Raindrop Technique
Since it’s formal adoption in 1989, Raindrop Technique has received an enormous amount of praise from users all over the world for its help with relaxation, emotional release, tissue cleansing and help with spinal misalignments.

Manual Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a drug-free, non-invasive manual therapy that aims to improve health across all body systems by manipulating and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework. An osteopathic practitioner will focus on the joints, muscles, and spine. Treatment aims to positively affect the body’s nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic systems.

We want your progress to be self directed and flexible but we know that progress takes time.
After an initial assessment by one of our consultants to ensure you meet safety requirements for room devices you will be given a 20 punch pass to use the room during a prescheduled time.
Here’s what’s included:
1. BeMer Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Frequency Device
(SUGGESTED USE 1-2 times a day)
STIMULATING MUSCLES TO PROMOTE WELL-BEING BEMER utilizes induction of micro currents to muscular tissue. This electromagnetic stimulation is not invasive, is drug-free and safe to use. Stimulation of healthy muscles with the BEMER signal can support muscle conditioning, which may lead to more vitality and energy. Blood is the body’s universal means of transport through the circulatory system; oxygen, nutrients, chemical messengers (e.g., hormones) and immune cells are all transported through our blood.

2. Red Light Therapy
(SUGGESTED use 1 time a day)
Red light therapy (RLT) is a treatment that uses low wavelength red light to reportedly improve your skin’s appearance, such as reducing wrinkles, scars, redness and acne. Red light therapy is thought to work by acting on the “power plant” in your body’s cells called mitochondria. With more energy, other cells can do their work more efficiently, such as repairing skin, boosting new cell growth and enhancing skin rejuvenation. More specifically, certain cells absorb light wavelengths and are stimulated to work.
Red light therapy may work in skin health to:
Stimulate collagen production, which gives skin its structure, strength and elasticity. Increase fibroblast production, which makes collagen. Collagen is a component of connective tissue that builds skin. Increase blood circulation to the tissue. Reduce inflammation in cells.
3. ITERA Terahertz WAND
Tera Hertz technology is the latest treatment from the world of advanced healing. Using Terahertz Waves, discovered in the 1980’s to match the vibration frequency of human cells, the therapy helps blood flow with normal healthy cells absorbing the Tera Waves while dormant cells are re-activated. As a result, damaged cells are repaired, leading to improved healing times in areas of trauma and leaving the patient feeling energized. Regular use also strengthens and induces the DNA organic molecules, enhancing self-repairing body cells.
THz (terahertz) waves are a form of nonionizing radiation and contain low photon energy, and are strongly absorbed by polar molecules such as water in both gas and liquid states. It shows the depth of Tera Hertz Wave penetration in our biological tissues.

Reflexology is a non-invasive, manual method of stimulating reflexes in the feet, hands, or ears, that correspond to every part, gland, and organ of the body. This stimulation effectively reduces stress and tension in the body which in turn helps to improve blood circulation, nerve function and helps to make one feel more centered. After a session, recipients often feel very relaxed and their feet “feel like they are walking on clouds”

The Aqua-Chi Foot Bath is a water-energizing system that creates healing electromagnetic frequencies in a bath that are then transferred to your body through the water in the bath. Feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to start? Book us for a comprehensive overview. Share your whole story and vent your frustrations with us. We then get to work building a network of supports and a plan of action for your care tailored to your needs and abilities.
Our Consultants have experiences in both Western and Holistic modalities. We discuss all options with you and make sure you are comfortable with your plan. If we don’t have the services that you may need in house we have a growing list of recommended business that we can refer you to!

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I come see you instead of my family doctor?
No, we don’t diagnose or treat your conditions… but once you see your family doctor we can work with your plan and discuss preventative/supportive strategies in addition to your care plan in place. We also will work in collaboration with your physician if needed.
Can I claim your services with my extended health care plan?
At this time we do not direct bill, but many of our practitioners are Registered. Depending on your individual health care coverage you may be able to redeem manually.
I don’t live near you can we visit virtually?
This depends on the service. Most of our consults and doula work can be done virtually through our secure server.
Can I claim your services with my extended health care plan?
At this moment our services are not deductible and are 100% private. We are working at finding creative ways to offset expenses for you.
What are "complementary" therapies?
Complementary therapies are used to supplement conventional practices, They include a wide range of treatment methods such as herbal remedies, aromatherapy, reflexology, and acupuncture.
